A infecção hospitalar é reconhecida
como um problema de saúde pública, devido a sua relação com o
aumento da mortalidade hospitalar e geral, incapacidade física temporária ou
permanente, o que ocasiona grandes custos diretos e indiretos. Por esses
motivos, torna-se imprescindível o estudo aprofundado do acometimento das
infecções hospitalares na saúde com embasamento nas suas devidas e desafiantes
prevenções. O objetivo principal deste estudo é revisar acometimento das
infecções hospitalares. A principal arma e saída para combater as IH é a
prevenção, onde o treinamento dos profissionais de saúde é basicamente
primordial para amenizar e banir este grande problema. As medidas simples como
lavagem das mãos de forma correta, uso de EPI’s, o cuidado para desinfecção dos
equipamentos e ambientes, pode mudar a realidade atual. Entretanto, vimos que
há um crescimento nas IH, devido à falta de adesão dessas medidas, seja por
descaso, falta de investimento ou ausência de implantação das CCIH.
The
hospital infection is recognized as a public health problem, due to its
relationship with the increase in hospital and general mortality, temporary or
permanent physical disability, which causes great direct and indirect costs.
For these reasons, it is essential to study in depth the involvement of
nosocomial infections in health based on their due and challenging preventions.
The main objective of this study is to review the involvement of nosocomial
infections. The main weapon and way out to fight IH is prevention, where the
training of health professionals is basically essential to alleviate and banish
this great problem. Simple measures such as hand washing correctly, use of
PPE's, care for disinfecting equipment and environments, can change the current
reality. However, we have seen that there is a growth in HI, due to the lack of
adherence to these measures, whether due to negligence, lack of investment or
the lack of implantation of CCIH.
