Resumo:

Objetivos: Avaliar a atuação do Farmacêutico generalista no âmbito do SUS, através de uma revisão sistemática de literatura, com as seguintes etapas: identificação do tema e seleção da questão de pesquisa, busca nas bases de dados digitais, estabelecimento de critérios para inclusão e exclusão de estudos, busca dos textos na íntegra, definição das informações a serem extraídas dos estudos selecionados, categorização e avaliação dos estudos incluídos, interpretação dos resultados e apresentação da revisão/ síntese do conhecimento.

Métodos: A metodologia aplicada baseou-se em estudos localizados nas bases de dados Google acadêmico e SCIELO (Livraria Científica Eletrônica Online). O presente trabalho foi realizado de forma retrospectiva com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa sobre o papel do farmacêutico no SUS, com base em estudos entre 2012 e 2019. O protocolo inicial foi realizar a busca nas bases de dados supracitadas utilizando as palavras-chave principais “assistência farmacêutica”, “dispensação” e “sistema único de saúde”. Assim, a pesquisa foi realizada com a associação dos termos. Desse modo, após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão supracitados foram definidos os trabalhos científicos integrantes da amostra a ser analisada, deixando a mais reduzida e homogênea

Resultados: Os resultados nos mostraram a existência de 29 publicações, porém após a aplicação de critérios de inclusão e exclusão, leitura dos títulos e resumos e remoção dos duplicados a amostra final foi de 8 artigos selecionados.

Conclusão: Com base nos resultados encontrados, pôde-se perceber que o papel do farmacêutico no que tange o SUS está em ampla ascensão, principalmente no Sul, Sudeste e Centro Oeste. A maioria dos estudos usa uma abordagem retrospectiva com ênfase em dados coletados em pesquisas no âmbito nacional. Em conclusão, constatou-se que o farmacêutico é peça fundamental dentro do SUS e seu papel é fundamentalmente promover uma farmacoterapia eficaz aos usuários.

Abstract:

Objectives: To evaluate the performance of the general pharmacist within the SUS, through a systematic literature review, with the following steps: identification of the theme and selection of the research question, search in digital databases, establishment of inclusion criteria and exclusion of studies, search for the full texts, definition of the information to be extracted from the selected studies, categorization and evaluation of the included studies, interpretation of the results and presentation of the review / synthesis of knowledge

Results: The results showed us the existence of 29 publications, but after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, reading the titles and abstracts and removing duplicates, the final sample was 8 selected articles.

Conclusion: Based on the results found, it could be seen that the role of the pharmacist with regard to SUS is on the rise, especially in the South, Southeast and Midwest. Most studies use a retrospective approach with an emphasis on data collected from research at the national level. In conclusion, it was found that the pharmacist is a fundamental part of SUS and its role is fundamentally to promote an effective pharmacotherapy to users.
