Resumo:

Objetivo: Analisar a prevalência do uso de drogas psicoestimulantes em caminhoneiros tão quanto mostrar os riscos à saúde destes indivíduos. Metodologia: O presente estudo se baseia na metodologia de revisão de literatura. Para o trabalho, foi realizada buscas nas bases de dados: PubMed, LILACS, MEDLINE, SCIELO e periódicos CAPES. Foi construído um banco de dados alimentado por meio das análises obtidas da pesquisa, no qual foram organizados em programa Microsoft Word 2019. Realizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica nas bases de dados utilizando como limites o período compreendido entre 2010 e 2020. Resultados: Em português foram encontrados 24 artigos publicados sendo que os descartáveis apresentaram anos inferiores aos descritos na metodologia, contudo outra parte foi descartada por apresentar idiomas incompatíveis com a pesquisa. Considerações Finais: Tendo em vista os riscos descritos nos diversos artigos, ficou evidenciado que o uso de tais substâncias trazem aos profissionais do transito problemas relacionados a sua saúde física e mental, evidenciando também riscos a toda população nas rodovias por onde os mesmos trafegam.

Abstract:

Objective: Analyze the prevalence of the use of psychostimulant drugs in truck drivers as well as to show the health risks of these individuals. Methodology: The present study is based on the literature review methodology. For the work, searches were carried out in the databases: PubMed, LILACS, MEDLINE, SCIELO and CAPES journals. A database was built, fed through the analysis obtained from the research, in which they were organized in a Microsoft Word 2019 program. Bibliographic research was carried out in the databases using the period between 2010 and 2020 as limits. Results: In Portuguese 24 published articles were found and the disposable ones were less than the years described in the methodology, however another part was discarded for presenting languages ??incompatible with the research. Final Considerations: In view of the risks described in the various articles, it became evident that the use of such substances brings traffic professionals problems related to their physical and mental health, also showing risks to the entire population on the highways through which they travel.
