Resumo:

Objetivo: Este trabalho tem como objetivo descrever com base na literatura o perfil do consumo de medicamentos por frequentadores do Centro de atenção Psicossocial (CAPS). Metodologia: A metodologia pauta-se em revisão integrativa da literatura realizada por meio das publicações nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE e BDENF no período de 2015 a 2020, no idioma português. Resultados:  Como resultados verificou-se que os anos de 2017, 2018 e 2020 tiveram a maior prevalência com, respectivamente, 28,1%, 26,1% e 26,1%; quanto à fonte online LILACS apresenta 43,5% da amostra, sendo a que mais disponibilizou estudos sobre a temática proposta  e observou-se ainda que a Revista Polis Psique obteve maior número de artigos publicados, apresentando 14% contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do trabalho. Considerações Finais: Concluiu-se que o estudo sobre o uso do medicamento, contribuindo para a difusão do conhecimento e a troca de saberes, revelando-se como base terapêutica e princípio de conduta médica, tendo em vista que todo o cuidado ofertado ao usuário é pautado na sua prescrição.

Abstract:

Objetive: This work aims to describe, based on the literature, the profile of medication consumption by regulars at the Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS). Metodology: The methodology is based on an integrative literature review carried out through publications in the LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF databases from 2015 to 2020, in Portuguese. Results: As a result, it was found that the years 2017, 2018 and 2020 had the highest prevalence with, respectively, 28.1%, 26.1% and 26.1%; as for the online source LILACS presents 43.5% of the sample, being the one that made more studies available on the proposed theme and it was also observed that the Revista Polis Psique obtained a greater number of published articles, presenting 14% contributing to the development of the work. Final Considerations: It was concluded that the study on the use of the medicine, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of knowledge, revealing itself as a therapeutic basis and principle of medical conduct, considering that all the care offered to the user is based on their prescription.
