Resumo:

Objetivo: Este artigo possui como objetivo analisar a relação entre profissionais da enfermagem e pacientes diante da pandemia do novo coronavírus, no que tange o aspecto das dificuldades enfrentadas pelos profissionais e a humanização no atendimento. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, com produções que utilizaram abordagem qualitativa e descritiva em estudos que envolvem a temática da enfermagem humanizada no período da pandemia por COVID-19. Os critérios de inclusão estabelecidos foram artigos publicados no idioma português, de acesso livre e dos últimos cinco anos, na base de dados da PubMed e BVS. Considerações Finais: Estudos mostram que a enfermagem representa o maior número de profissionais de saúde cuja função é o foco na assistência humanizada, envolvendo o contato e vários outros fatores entre a profissão, o paciente e a experiência. Na pandemia esse papel foi primordial na assistência dos pacientes debilitados, contudo trouxe também a esses profissionais muitas consequências de impacto negativo sendo eles na psicologia social, e a medicina psicológica, levando à diminuição da produtividade e a sobrecarga de trabalho, com taxa crescente de acidentes de trabalho e assistência ao cuidado ineficaz.

Abstract:

Objective: This paper aims to analyze the relationship between nursing professionals and patients in the face of the new coronavirus pandemic, regarding the aspect of the difficulties faced by professionals and the humanization of care. Methodology: This is an integrative review, with productions that used a qualitative and descriptive approach in studies involving the theme of humanized nursing in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The inclusion criteria established were articles published in the portuguese language, freely accessible and from the last five years, in the database of PubMed and BVS. Final Considerations: Studies shows that nursing represents the largest number of health professionals whose function is to focus on humanized care, involving contact and several other factors between the profession, the patient and experience. In the pandemic, this role was essential in the care of debilitated patients, however it also brought to these professionals many consequences of negative impact, including social psychology and psychological medicine, leading to decreased productivity and work overload, with an increasing rate of accidents labor and ineffective care assistance.
