cuidado com o ser humano de forma integral, tem sido um dos maiores desafios e
enfoques da humanização em todo ciclo de vida, em se tratando de ações que
garantam a integralidade da assistência e a promoção da saúde, surgem as
práticas integrativas e complementares (PICS). Objetivo: Analisar os conhecimentos
e habilidades dos enfermeiros da atenção primária de saúde (APS), quanto ao uso
das práticas integrativas e complementares (PICs). Metodologia: Trata-se de um
estudo de Scoping Review (revisão de escopo),
conforme o método de revisão proposto pelo Instituto Jonna Briggs (JBI). O
protocolo de pesquisa foi registrado na Open
Science Framework (https://osf.io/5mj9f). As investigações foram realizadas nas bases
de dados US National Library of Medicine
National Institutes of Health (PubMed), Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS),
Web Of Science e Embase). Resultados: Dos 09 estudos apresentados, todos
estavam em línguas diversas, as datas de publicação mais recente dos estudos
são predominantes no ano de 2022. Para esta pesquisa 09 estudos foram
incluídos. A principal razão para todas
as exclusões foi a não resposta do artigo à pergunta da pesquisa. Conclusão:
Esta pesquisa nos permitiu obter à seguinte conclusão, de que o conhecimento e
as habilidades dos profissionais no que tange as práticas integrativas e
complementares são bastante limitadas. Observou-se que os profissionais de
saúde autofinanciam sua formação no ensino privado porque não conseguem
encontrar formação em algumas PICs do setor público. Neste estudo, também
constatamos que a obtenção de informações sobre as PICs pode ser informal, por
meio de fontes midiáticas, o que aumenta a carência de ações educativas nas
PICs para qualificar os profissionais do SUS.
The care with the human being in an
integral way, has been one of the greatest challenges and approaches of
humanization throughout the life cycle, when it comes to actions that guarantee
the integrality of care and health promotion, integrative and complementary
practices (PICS) arise. Objective: To analyze the knowledge and skills of
primary health care (PHC) nurses regarding the use of integrative and
complementary practices (ICPs).
Methodology: This is a Scoping Review study, according to the review
method proposed by the Jonna Briggs Institute (JBI). The research protocol was
registered in the Open Science Framework (https://osf.io/5mj9f). The
investigations were carried out in the US National Library of Medicine National
Institutes of Health (PubMed), Virtual Health Library (VHL), Web Of Science
and. Embase databases. Results: Of the 09 studies presented, all were in different
languages, the dates of most recent publication of the studies are predominant
in the year 2022. For this research 09 studies were included. The main reason for all the deletions was the
article's nonresponse to the survey question. Conclusion: This research allowed us to
obtain the following conclusion, that the knowledge and skills of professionals
regarding integrative and complementary practices are quite limited. It was
observed that health professionals self-finance their training in private
education because they cannot find training in some ICPs in the public sector. In this study, we also found that obtaining
information about ICPs can be informal, through media sources, which increases
the lack of educational actions in ICPs to qualify SUS professionals.
