Objetivo:
Examinar e mapear as evidências científicas sobre como o empreendedorismo
favorece a construção de novos campos de atuação do enfermeiro. Metodologia:
Scoping Review, baseado nos procedimentos recomendados pelo Instituto Joanna
Briggs. Estabeleceu-se a pergunta norteadora: “Quais são as evidências
científicas sobre o empreendedorismo na enfermagem que favorece para a atuação
do enfermeiro em novas áreas de trabalho? Foram realizadas buscas em cinco bases de dados
nacionais e internacionais, sobre trabalhos publicados até março de 2023.
Resultados: A
formação em empreendedorismo ajuda nas respostas às necessidades sociais e de saúde
pública, especialmente diante da constante transformação econômica para criar
as práticas inovadoras necessárias, na sociedade, na política e no meio
ambiente. Além disso, o empreendedorismo funciona como estratégia de carreira
para mudar o status de vida, lutar pela melhoria das condições de trabalho e
pela consolidação dos princípios orientadores de um sistema único de saúde na
prestação de serviços de saúde. Assim, o empreendedorismo na enfermagem
representa possibilidades de inovação na área da saúde e, consequentemente,
ampliação do perfil da profissão no sistema de saúde e sociedade em geral.
Conclusão: O empreendedorismo na enfermagem é uma oportunidade viável e
atraente que ajuda a fortalecer a autonomia profissional, promove e possibilita
o profissionalismo. Os enfermeiros estão envolvidos na transformação do mercado
de saúde brasileiro como um todo, se tornando essencial investir em novas
treinamentos e estudos sobre o assunto.
Objective: To examine and map the scientific evidence
on how entrepreneurship favors the construction of new fields of nurses'
activities. Methodology: Scoping Review, based on the procedures recommended by
the Joanna Briggs Institute. The guiding question was established: "What
is the scientific evidence about entrepreneurship in nursing that favors the
performance of nurses in new areas of work? Searches were conducted in five
national and international databases on works published up to March 2023.
Results: Training in entrepreneurship helps in responding to social and public
health needs, especially in the face of constant economic transformation to
create the necessary innovative practices in society, politics and the
environment. In addition, entrepreneurship works as a career strategy to change
the status of life, fight for the improvement of working conditions and the
consolidation of the guiding principles of a single health system in the
provision of health services. Thus, entrepreneurship in nursing represents
possibilities for innovation in the health area and, consequently, expansion of
the profile of the profession in the health system and society in general.
Conclusion: Entrepreneurship in nursing is a viable and attractive opportunity
that helps strengthen professional autonomy, promotes and enables
professionalism. Nurses are involved in the transformation of the Brazilian
health market as a whole, making it essential to invest in new training and
studies on the subject.
