RESUMO: Objetivo: identificar as práticas
de cuidados da equipe de enfermagem ao recém-nascido pré-termo em Unidade de
Terapia Neonatal (UTIN) e Alcon.
Metodologia: Scoping Review, baseado nos
procedimentos recomendados pelo Instituto Joanna Briggs. Estabeleceu-se a
pergunta norteadora: “Quais são as evidências científicas sobre as práticas
adotadas pelos profissionais de enfermagem para promover o cuidado e
desenvolvimento do recém-nascido pré-termo assistido em Unidade Neonatal e
Alcon?”. Serão realizadas buscas
em três bases de dados nacionais e internacionais, sobre trabalhos publicados
até maio de 2023. Foram identificados 1.423 estudos dos quais, 23 eram
duplicatas e 1.391 foram excluídos. Com base no título e resumo, 786 estudos foram avaliados e 284 estudos
seguiram por elegibilidade para etapa de leitura do texto completo. Resultados:
Os estudos caracterizaram os cuidados
mais utilizados na terapia intensiva, desde a identificação do RNPT, aos
cuidados higiênicos, o conhecimento
técnico-científico referente às medidas de segurança tem prevenido a incidência
de intercorrências na assistência do neonato, de acordo os autores citados,
com ênfase no
atendimento humanizado neonatal,
o uso de
tecnologia ajuda no prognóstico e adaptação ao ambiente extrauterino.
Conclusão: As orientações sobre os cuidados com o RNPT devem ser diárias
e contínuas. Os pais/familiares precisam ser incluídos gradativamente no
conjunto de cuidados, contribuindo para a diminuição das preocupações e para a
aquisição de novos conhecimentos.
ABSTRACT: Objective: to identify the nursing team's care practices for preterm newborns in the Neonatal Therapy Unit (NICU) and Alcon. Methodology: Scoping Review, based on procedures recommended by the Joanna Briggs Institute. The guiding question was established: “What is the scientific evidence on the practices adopted by nursing professionals to promote the care and development of preterm newborns assisted in the Neonatal Unit and Alcon?”. Searches will be carried out in three national and international databases, on works published until May 2023. A total of 1,423 studies were identified, of which 23 were duplicates and 1,391 were excluded. Based on title and abstract, 786 studies were evaluated and 284 studies were followed by eligibility for the full-text reading stage. Results: The studies characterized the most used care in intensive care, from the identification of the PTNB, to hygienic care, the technical-scientific knowledge regarding safety measures has prevented the incidence of intercurrences in the care of the newborn, according to the cited authors, with an emphasis on humanized neonatal care, the use of technology helps in the prognosis and adaptation to the extrauterine environment. Conclusion: The guidelines on the careof the PTNB must be daily and continuous. Parents/relatives need to be gradually included in the set of care, contributing to the reduction of concerns and to the acquisition of new knowledge.
