RESUMO: Objetivo: Identificar e sintetizar os resultados sobre a efetividade do Plasma Rico em Plaquetas no tratamento de lesão por pressão comparada às outras terapias tópicas. Metodologia: revisão integrativa da literatura realizada nas bases de dados eletrônicos: Google Acadêmico; PubMed; BVS; LILACS, além das bases de dados Medline e outros tipos de fontes de informação. Resultados: Foram selecionados 10 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão para análise detalhada. O PRP apresenta resultados positivos no tratamento de lesões por pressão, acelera a cicatrização de feridas e diminui a taxa de infecção, além de ser de fácil aplicação, reduz os gastos quando comparados com os tratamentos convencional. Conclusões: O PRP pode ser utilizado como tratamento das lesões por pressão, pois os custos com a técnica de obtenção e aplicação são consideravelmente menores quando comparados às técnicas convencionais, e reduz o tempo dos pacientes no hospital. ABSTRACT: Objective: To identify and synthesize results on the effectiveness of nPlatelet-Rich Plasma in the treatment of pressure injuries compared to other topical therapies. Methodology: integrative literature review carried out in electronic databases: Google Scholar; PubMed; VHL; LILACS, in addition to Medline databases and other types of information sources. Results: 10 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for detailed analysis. PRP presents positive results in the treatment of pressure injuries, accelerates wound healing and reduces the rate of infection, in addition to being easy to apply, it reduces expenses when compared to conventional treatments. Conclusions: PRP can be used to treat pressure injuries, as the costs of obtaining and applying the technique are considerably lower when compared to conventional techniques, and it reduces patients' time in the hospital.
