Resumo:

Objetivo: Sintetizar e integrar os resultados de estudos anteriores para fornecer uma visão geral abrangente sobre a assistência de Enfermagem em cuidados paliativos oncológicos. Metodologia: revisão integrativa da literatura realizada nas bases de dados eletrônicos: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), organização mundial da saúde (OMS) e Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). Resultados: foram encontrados 28 artigos, dos quais foram para triagem e foram selecionados 08 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão para análise de estudo. foram utilizados como base de estudo o desenvolvimento, planejamento e assistência de enfermagem. Conclusão^:Conclui- se que, com o estudo do artigo, os profissionais da enfermagem possam estar realizando métodos e formas mais claras que podem estar ajudando a população, de forma mais ampla e organizada, métodos que podem estar sendo utilizados e sendo mas útil ,uma busca ativa no bairro onde a UBS atua, formas de consultas mais rápidas e claras. Podendo até mesmo ser realizado uma teleconsulta. Evitando uma grande demanda e uma boa assistência a todos que precisam.

Abstract:

 To synthesize and integrate the results of previous studies to provide a comprehensive overview of nursing care in oncology palliative care. Methodology: integrative literature review carried out in electronic databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), world health organization (WHO) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS). Results: 28 articles were found, of which they were screened and 08 articles were selected that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for study analysis. nursing development, planning and assistance were used as a study basis. Conclusion: It is concluded that, with the study of the article, nursing professionals may be carrying out clearer methods and forms that may be helping the population, in a more broad and organized, methods that can be used and be more useful, an active search in the neighborhood where the UBS operates, faster and clearer forms of consultation, and even a teleconsultation can be carried out. Avoiding a large demand and providing good assistance to everyone who needs it.
